Take the radiator you have and get it repaired. Spend the money you'll save on something else. Stock radiator works just fine.

I tought that it was a little bit useless to repair it since its already old and could leak from somewhere else after the repair ...

 

I think my buddy had got one of these or an aftermarket radiator and i believe, not sure, but he had change the fittings on it... maybe even changed the radiator support brackets? Sorry not more helpfull.

I bought one from horsepowerfreaks.com. This is on my 91 Turbo, and to my surprise it was 10 pounds. The stocker weighed in at 12 pounds.

The only thing I did notice is that the radiator didn't come with a cap for the radiator air bleed nipple. I used a brass cap, and it worked great.

sure, no problem dude. I was going to go original, but you save a little weight, and the difference to a genuine Toyota Radiator is about the same price.

When I layed them side by side, they were the same size, except the PWR radiator looked thicker.

Larger capacity would mean more coolant in the radiator which means more weight up front. So while the radiator itself is lighter you'd wind up with more weight when you combine the coolant and radiator.
