my version of a 4" intake
since i dont actually own a '2, i dont get to create threads here very often, so i figured i'd start one about the 4" intake i made for my cousins car.
the car is a 91 n/a, that we're in the process of swapping a 3rd gen 3sgte into.
he's owned the car ~4-5 years, and never really did any mods to it, other than some poly bushings all around, tein springs, new struts, and an intake.
this past spring, a good buddy of mine hooked me up with a great deal on a st-205 clip for my 94 celica, and my cousin decided to buy a 3rd gen clip for his car after seeing mine.
since i had some 4" pipe around the garage, we decided to fab him up a monster intake.
ordered a 4" to 3" transition from burns stainless, and got to work, this is the result.
the transition from burns.
the start
damn...
all fabbed up.
test fit
