Second thread will be closed shortly I'm sure so starting a new one.

So the only update I have is this:

I've been busy designing endtanks but no pictures.

I've been talking with Jeff about an intake manifold that may or may not happen, dunno yet.

And the reason for so few updates:

My dream daily car since I was 17.

I don't fully understand what you are asking, but I won't know until I flow test it. Ideally I would have liked to enter and exit on different planes, but since I'm using a 90mm TB, I just decided to go on the same plane. This isn't ideal in my opinion, or anything close to it, but it is what it is and I think it will still work better than any other off the shelf a2a that remains in the engine bay.

My bad man. My iPhone auto correct makes my sentences crazy! I was saying being as air is entering and exiting on the same side of the core how much of the core do you think it will use. Also after looking at the pictures I see that there are dividers in the tanks which is a good look. Looking forward to see how it does if you get a chance to get it flow tested.

It will be flow tested before I punch and bend up the endtanks so that I know theoretically I am utilizing the whole core as best I can.

The hotside baffle is exactly 50% of the tubes and opening area, and runs parallel to the "larger" tank. I'm hoping it will evenly distribute the air. On the cold side, due to the way air behaves on both the hot and cold-side, typically the first few tubes actually have a reversion type deal going on where the cold side air actually makes it back to the hotside, this is definitely UNWANTED. So I added a baffle on that side to isolate and help encourage these 4 tubes (or 8 if you look at it as two tubes side by side) to flow as they should. I know that is probably hard to understand through the interwebz but that is my thought process and that is the best I can do at 3:30 A.M.

Well my friend who has flow tested it says I need to remove baffles. I don't know why but I will find out Thursday.

On to the pics, let me know if you have questions. I may have to cut the dump off at the flex and re-do it... FAIL. 4" is NOT as easy as it seems. I need to buy thinner stainless rod, welds look UGLY!

On a side note, I may be moving ahead with another project that I didn't want to do till next year. But it involves some serious weight savings :thumbup

RacerX is still working on the intake but I'm not even close to being ready. Intercooler probably done soon-ish, as well as the exhaust which I need to get my butt on.

Update: Still working on evening the distribution on the intercooler core, I mis-understood what he was saying, my divider placement was fine. Ordered some injectors and a rail via Jeff at racerx as well as a 4" vanjen.

Discussing the possibility of relocating the radiator, undetermined if it will work at this time. So much to do....
