There are very, very few 87-89 factory front lips left, unless some dealer has a big stock of them. I work for a Toyota dealer, and the warehouses around the country are just about out of these. There won't be any more coming either.

Dunno about the 85-86 rubber lip.

 

i thought that the two sites i listed both carried the factory front spoiler? hmm i hope so cuz i have to get one soon before i paint my car.

hey, buy any chance would u guys know if a 86 mr2 front bumper would fit on a 89? the reason why i am is because i am planning to buy the kaminari front bumper. the only problem is that it says for 85-86. my car is a 89, i seen this bumper on a 89 SC but don't know if it would be a direct fit. thanks

I respect a true hardcore OEM MR2 owner who wants to keep the car pristine and original. KD Garage and the Toysport/Erebuni lips are good options for either years of first gen mr2, 85-86 or 87-89.

It looks great! If we buy a bunch and split the shipping it shouldn't be too bad. It should fit directly onto the 1985 or 1986 mk1 and it will look like the front lip of the 1987 thru 1989. The spoiler is only 200 bucks new. let me know, I want to paint my car soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :angel:

 

I'll stick with my other recommendation. The are both cheaper and I think they look a lil' bit better.

While I do like my Erebuni/toysport, it would be nice if someone could make one piece 87+ stock lips. The Buddy club/kd garage one just doesn't wet my whistle.

the one sold here (Aerotech) doesnt looks very similar to the factory one at all, I wouldn't waste my money on it personally, the price is pretty ridiculous considering how little there is to it
