Un-used electrical interior circuit

R/B No 1 fuse box (interior driver kick panel) has a 7.5A fuse labeled MIR-HTR. This is the power circuit for heated outside mirrors, an option that wasn’t offered in the USA.

I’d like to utilize this circuit for a 52mm gauge which requires 5A. Does anybody know what color the wires are or where they route? I’d like to power my 52mm gauge with this circuit. I cannot find an electrical schematic for UK MR2’s with this option.

It would appear that JDM cars don't have this either. Let me take a look at that diagram you linked and I'll find out. It seems this is the USDM 91. That feature doesn't appear in the 93.
But the gauge you have needs a 5A fuse. Doesn't say it draws 5A, just a safety factor built in.

So your car is USDM? Or UK?

Looked deeper and the flow chart doesn't list this fuse. The fuse is listed in the Power Source (Current Flow Chart) but there is no dot saying what circuit it is connected to or what page it is shown on.

The best way to find out would be to look in behind the fuse box and see what wires are in there for that fuse.
I am working with a 1991 & 1993 US turbo models.

I found the following schematic which I believe is from a 1997-1999 UK MR2.
It is difficult to read because it has low resolution/blurry.

I don't believe that heated mirrors was an option in JDM vehicles, so it makes sense that this fuse is not present in JDM electrical diagrams.
I was surprised to find this fuse in the 1991 USDM Power Source but nowhere else.

Are there any terminals actually at that position in your USDM fuse box? I would strongly suspect the USDM dash harness lacks any wiring for RHD UK only mirror heaters.

One terminal (for the common power buss) may be present, while the other side is empty. If you are industrious enough, you can scavenge fuse terminals from a donor Toyota fuse box (almost any 90s car) and add them to your fuse box and run custom wiring from there to your gauge.

Although looking at the fuse box illustrations above, it looks like the lower right position doesn't share a "power buss" with any other fuses.
This fuse does exist in my fuse box. Perhaps the harness does not exist. It would not make sense for Toyota to add a fuse but not add wiring. I've found that Toyota usually has one harness that they use for different options. As an example, theft deterrent wires are present in US MR2's but very few if any actually have the Theft ECU option installed.

I am hopeful that the power side is present! Would I have to remove or disassemble the fuse box to add a wire to the other side?

I searched ebay for Toyota Fuse Terminal but I cannot understand how that would help me.

Perhaps I need to get my hands dirty & eyes on this assembly to figure this one out.

I appreciate the feedback. Here is a pic from my 1991. There is a pic of this same cover on eBay and it is missing the MIR-HTR and instead has a cross/slash through that port.

@luke I appreciate the ATC fuse connector link! I will be ordering a few of these.

The 50Amp AM1 circuit is in the R/B 5. I will create a new circuit from AM1 to power the MIR-HTR fuse slot.

I will have to verify if AM1 is hot with key off, ACC, CRANK, and/ or ON. The other side of the fuse slot will power my Link CAN gauge.

I was able to remove two pins in the pic below (That was not easy)!
The two pins you see outside the box powers two fuses.
I am going to use that white wire to power three fuses.
