Does anyone know about any plug and play Bluetooth adapter to play music from the phone? I like how the car looks with the classic radio but want to play my music… so just looking for a non-visible solution.

That radio does have a certain aesthetic doesn't it? I hadn't seen that one before but I like it!
So wiring up a bluetooth receiver like this is what I've seen to be the best overall solution. Fairly easy to figure out, though can be pricey depending on what hardware you source.
There are, of course, easier alternatives like cassette adapters or an FM transmitter, but those things can often have questionable reliability and performance in my experience. You could also install a bluetooth module directly to the internals of the radio as well, but that gets a bit advanced for most people.
All depends on what you want out of the system. Maybe try a cheap adapter first and see if it does the job?

Have you got a picture of the front and back of the unit? Google is showing me nothing when I search that model number.
