Marc aka Gouky, as of today, do you have an inventory list for parts needed to do 2GR swap?
Going from MKII 3sgte to 2GR swap.

Here's a list that should get you there:

1) The engine itself, this can be from any year of the 2GR-FE but it has to be a 2GR-FE, not a 2GR-FXE,2GR-FSE or any of the others. The 1GR-FE will also not fit.
2) Flywheel (stock 1mz/3vz or fidanza 130881 lightweight)
3) Turbo MR2 clutch/pressure plate of your choice, needs to support at least 300lb*ft of torque. I'm a fan of the TM1-HDG6 ceramic from ACT but there's practically a religion around clutch brands. Pick one you like and supports 300lb*ft or more.
4) Internally regulated 2gr-fe alternator (video with more info here:
)
5) hardware to bolt flywheel to engine, pressure plate to flywheel and trans to the engine
6) Frankenstein Motorworks 2gr-fe motor mount: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/z1q8jriaazi18380dzz4qcukkdubkz
7) Frankenstein Motorworks headers: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/headers
8) Right side axle carrier bracket: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squa...rks.squarespace.com/shop/axle-carrier-bracket-for-2gr-fe-with-e153-transmission
9) DBW pedal adapter: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/mr2-2gr-fe-dbw-pedal-adapter
10) DBW pedal from early avalon, these part numbers work 78110-07010, 78110-07011, 78110-08010 (many others also work, i do not have a comprehensive list unfortunately)
11) Frankenstein Motorworks Shift cable spherical bearings if your rubber bushings are work: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/spherical-bearing-shift-cable-end-jd7j6
12) Wilhelm Raceworks y-pipe: Y-Pipe and Exhaust
13) Berk Dual 3" exhaust: 90-99 MR2 Dual 3″ Exhaust
14) Wilhelm Raceworks waterneck: Water Neck (don't forget new gaskets from Toyota, Alex does not ship new gaskets with his part)
15) Wilhelm Raceworks fuel system with regulator: Fuel System
16) Wilhelm Raceworks intake elbow: Intake Elbow
17) Frankenstein Motorworks MAF pipe: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/2gr-fe-maf-pipe
18) MAF sensor 22204-28010 or 22204-0v010
19) 6" air filter: Amazon.com: AEM 21-209EDK Universal DryFlow Clamp-On Air Filter: Round Tapered; 6 in (152 mm) Flange ID; 5 in (127 mm) Height; 7.5 in (191 mm) Base; 5.125 in (130 mm) Top: Automotive
20) (optional but recomended) "Number 2" upper intake manifold, see Alex's Blog for explanation: https://wilhelmraceworks.com/2gr-power-gains
21) Upgraded rear VVT-I oil line if yours is rubber: 15772-31030
22) Upgraded oil cooler lines if you have an oil cooler with rubber lines: 04004-29131
23) serpentine belt (61.5" with A/C, 57.8" without)

)

And for the rest of the electrical work you have 4 choices:

Choice #1, pay Paul Woods and just ask for a plug and play harness, he'll walk you through the options: Paul@woodsport.org.

Choice #2, the Iknow what i'm doing option.
1)Get the 5 plug ECU: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/7ggctx2d3nouxvosfq5676nqfb0vew and wire your own car.

Choice #3, the easiest route available today.
1)Get the 2009 and earlier Rav4 ECU: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/modified-2-plug-2gr-fe-ecu-2010-and-earlier-rav4
2)The DBW pigtail: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/12-dbw-pigtail
3)Get the stock ECU connector: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/stock-3s-gte-ecu-connector
4)source a 2009 and earlier rav4 engine harness
And follow the instructions in this video:
note that the instructions are mostly in a PDF attached to the description, the video is an overview.

Choice #4, this will be the easiest route but isn't fully available today.
1)Get the 3rd gen Sienna ECU from Frankenstein Motorworks (not yet available, should be by the end of July)
2)follow the wiring directions in the video:
(with accompanying documentation: https://frankensteinmotorworks.com/2GRFE/diagrams/FM1 connector wiring.pdf )
3)Get the FM1 pigtail kit from Frankenstein Motorworks (not yet available, should be by the end of July)
4)The DBW pigtail: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/12-dbw-pigtail
5)Get the stock ECU connector: https://frankensteinmotorworks.squarespace.com/shop/stock-3s-gte-ecu-connector
once you have your engine harness modified you can follow the directions that will be provided to make your own adapter harness or pay someone like Paul Woods to do the adapter harness for you.

There's also a video series on it if you'd rather:
