gen2 & gen3 timing belt.

i need some opinion here about the timing belt gen2 and gen3 . i have gen2 and gen3 timing belt infront of me. i have count the tooth on both timing belt and its true one of the belt does have one tooth more than the other. there are total of 177 and 178 tooth.

they said the gen3 have one tooth more than the gen2 but it seems like its not the gen 3 that have one tooth more its the gen2. the part number for gen3 timing belt is 13568-79105 and its total of 177 tooth. and the gen2 have total of 178 tooth.

i have not mix up the belt. so its for sure its correct.

the gen2 = 178 tooth
gen3 = 177 tooth.

i had to get a gen3 belt for my toga oil pump , b/c it came with a smaller pulley

when i do a search , some will say that gen3 have one tooth more than gen2.but now when i have 2 belt infront of me, its the gen3 that have one tooth less.

The gen3 should be 1 tooth less.
I also had to get a gen3 belt for my gen2 motor to work with my Enginelogics HV oil pump.

the toga comes with a 5s pulley isnt it ? ... i'm not sure ..just guessing

gen2 & gen3 timing belt.
