3sgte ecu...wondering what changed from '91 to '94 in CA

are there any "emmisions" related differences between a '91 vs. '93 3sgte US spec ecu for california cars? wondering what changed from '91 to '94.

also, what sensors etc. are different on the CA cars...

thanks for your help

there are none that i am aware of. the only CA-specific thing I can think of is that CA NA's (non-turbos) have 2 cats and non-CA NA's have only 1. Turbo engines are exactly the same for all years, emissions-wise, from 91-95 model years.

CA turbo cars have an EGR temp sensor to check for proper EGR function. The ECU's are the same though. On non-CA cars the sensor line is just connected to ground and that keeps the ECU happy.
i thought all cars had that. but then again, mine is originally from california (ventura toyota) :)
