After quite a bit of research, I'm seriously looking at Bilstein HD's with Eibach Pro-Kits. The only problem is I can't seem to find a place that carries a complete set of the struts for the MKII, I've only been able to find rears. According to Bilstein's website, they're not discontinued so what gives? Does anyone know where I can find F&R Bilstein HD's? Thanks in advance.

After doing a good deal of searching I have found that the struts that came on the 94-95 USDM cars are Bilstein TC struts (they are just below the HD in the Bilstein product line). The later JDM cars have the Bilstein HD struts as standard equipment. Also many people have stated that the TRD struts are in fact Bilstein HD and even have the same part number as the HD Bilstein that you can buy direct from Bilstein.

He was the one that actually called Bilstein to find out if they were gonna do the fronts again or not (everyone else I called told me that it was no longer made). I think JDMKevin ordered through a company in Texas I believe.

I got mine from ProAm Parts (http://proamtdw.com). They are a pretty small shop in Texas and had the whole set for a good price. Basically anyone who previously carried them can order a set from Bilstein's warehouse, you just have to convince them the fronts are not discontinued anymore.Luni said:

So is it safe to say Bilstiens no longer make the sport shocks for the mr2?
I have Summit Racing getting me some....they're on back order so I'm told it will take bout 3 weeks. A friendly price also....180 bucks per corner.
If indeed the OEM shocks are Bilstein they can be rebuilt/revalved by Bilstein for 75 bucks ea. + parts.

I believe these are the Bilstein TC struts that came on the 94-95 USDM models. Toyota USA showed different part numbers for the different years until recently and now how the exact same part number for all years MR2.

As far as I know, you can still order them from any shop that sells Bilsteins. The factory made another batch, so the warehouse had them in stock a few weeks ago, but that may be the last of them for a while once they run out.Desertheatracin said:

·Ah gotcha, sounds steep for the OEM set... unless they are the same as the HD's. Ah well.
