So i got a remand alternator (had the nippondenso logo on the VR housing though). Installed it and now i'm getting the charge warning lights and my friends multimeter read 13-14v, then those lights would shut off and it'd jump to 16-17v. The voltmeter on the car echoed the multimeter. Does this sound like a bad voltage regulator? Could it be anything else?
