What is your goal? Why switch to a K24? 3S has a bunch of potential to make you happy.

That is a lot of money for 20hp. A gen5 makes well over 20hp than a gen2.

In motorcycle racing...the easiest way to lose 20 lbs on the bike is to go on a diet. I can lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks if I really needed to, but to the car, that weight is a fraction of the total problem.

BTW...I have no problem with Honda motors. I think they are great. I own a few Honda motorcycles. I love them. I just think to spend that kind of money would be better on upgrades than switching.

I love my Gen2 3SGTE. Simple mods and it will beat a Z28 all day long.

$10K to get 20hp? Not on a 3S. You can spend as little as $300 to get 20hp.

The 3S block is an HD design. Only the Gen3 has poor casting weakness.

Eliminate the cat and an exhaust will get you that.

Dude...my wife's car that is completely stock internally is hella fun. It is fast.

You can still get 20 hp with less money on a 3sge than swapping to a K24.

I would add nitrous before swapping to a K24 for 20hp.
