My experience with copper vs iridium spark plugs

I used to use the NGK copper gap 0.28" and they just stink. They were great the first 50 miles or so. I went through three set in less than 200 miles. Anyhow, the timing belt gave and the so did the engine. My brother kindly rebuilt the entire engine (free labor-thanks bro) from the ground up. I mean everything was rebuilt except the tranny which got a new ACT stage 1 clutch. He's been a mechanic since 1978 and owns a shop for the last ten years. Back to subject at hand. I did a lot of reading off this board and the expert consensus is NGK are garbage. The recommendation is Denso iridium and that's what I am running. I've about 250 miles ( in 3-4 weeks) on the break in period and they work just fine. They should last 30K miles.
