BC Coilover Instability

Hello my favourite group of people! I have a bit of a concern with my SW20 in terms of stability. Im in the works of getting my front BCs refirbished and I have HSD Dualtech fronts and BCs rear. My front feels good with 0 preload. My rear no matter what preload, dampening adjustment its incredibly rock solid and jarring has hell. My old HSDs felt better than these. I have no comfort in the car and every bump feels like a challenge. My car is very low at the back but this just doesn't feel right whatsoever. My old HSDs were harsh yes but even on the most solid setting it felt good. These BCs if they are on the softest they feel very wavey and I bounce all the time. If I stiffen it its just unbearable. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated! Picture attached to show rear height.

BC dampers are pretty bad. What you're feeling is likely that you don't have enough rebound when full soft, then as you add damping, it puts way too much compression so compliance is horrible and the sprung mass of the body still isn't well controlled via rebound.

This is why only the cheapest dampers have adjusters with intentional compression/rebound cross talk. Most single adjustable dampers that are of reasonable quality adjust only the rebound with sight cross talk like Konis.
