Hey all I'm having issues with the passenger side window motor on my 92 5SFE, it will roll down but not back up. I bought a new window motor and installed it with no change, when I hit the window button to go down one wire is shows 12v and one shows ground but when I roll them back up they both show 12v. Any ideas as to what could cause this?

Possibly the wires in the loom inside the both door hinges area is broken or corroded. It’s a common issue for 30 yr old car.

Yeah I saw it's a common issue on these cars but I would think that would cause a short to ground and not 12V hot.

Check for continuity with a multi meter.
