17 x 9 with 35 offset will be perfectly flush with the rear quarter/fender, but it definately need roll.......you "MIGHT" get away with 235/40/17 tires without lowering your car, good luck anyway

Fronts: 225/45-17 is too tall, try 225/35-17 with a 5 or 7mm spacer as well, otherwise you'll rub the spring perch at ET40 w/ 8".
