New clutch just got installed into my MR2. I now have the remaining clutch cover, pressure plate with some 30% meat left, and used release bearings. Should I throw them away? sell them? or get them remanufactured?

I'd throw them away recycling the main metal bits as I usually do. The city takes metal in dumpster, so because the city won't pick up cart parts, I take all that with me when I take oil, yard waste, etc to them.

Get into custom clutch work, with the help of your local clutch and brake shop. Well worth the effort. Here in Nashville we have a shop called Middle Tennessee Clutch and dig this. They ground and bead blasted my flywheel, ground and bead blasted my pressure plate, bead blasted, inspected and re-lined my clutch disc, and handed me a new throwout bearing and a bonbon for $125. I haven't used O'reillys or Autozone or anyone else for years. They'll let you pick your lining material.
