i just got a complete tom's kit put on and the underpanel was not put back on because i asume it would not fit or work. I was wondering if there was an aftermarket panel that is aluminum or something that looks nice?

not yet. TomG is still developing a stainless steel one that will most likely use rivets and bolts.
