I just got my front TRD strut bar. .. are the fitment suppost to be perfect ? i find that it hard to have it line up .. any one know a way to isntall this ?

When I did mine I found the trick was to catch a few threads the passenger side bolt that held the PS bracket first, then do the same one on the driver's side before threading in the forward bolts. Don't overtorque them.

Front bar went on a LOT easier for me than the rear - I could only get the rear to line up by jacking up the car actually. I think the rear brace is "preloaded" or something.

And the stock front bar is SOOOO weak you can bend it by hand easier than one of those stupid springy "chest builder" rigs you used to see advertised in fitness mags :p

Good point, Barry. I was doing sway bars at the same time so the car was on jack stands all the way around. Maybe that's what made it so easy.

ahhh i see no wonder i been having problem line up the front and the rear probally because i was doing it without lift up the car
