What are the pins for TPS and RPM on a 91 ecu?

I've looked, but all the pinout diagrams are kind of cryptic. Does anyone have a diagram with the pinout acronyms explained?

I am not sure. I think there are just two rpm signals.
I used the RPM 1 wire and everything worked fine.

Perhaps someone else could confirm the dual RPM signal wire purpose?

An SAFC...then I later removed the SAFC and used the same wire for an RPM signal for the data logging ability of my Nexus gauges.

Cool. I'm wiring a wideband that logs boost,rpm,egt,and off course a/f ratios.


It will be nice to see what the rom tune is doing as boost goes up

Sorry for bringing up an old thread but I see this question never got answered so.......what is the difference between RPM 1 and RPM 2? Can anyone verify that an RPM signal for datalogging can be taken from either?

Yes. I hooked it up to my zeitronix wideband to get rpm signal. Below is an image of my setup(91 3SGTE):
