I was looking for pictures through yahoo and I came across another mr2 message board and apparently they hold the Guinness World Record of having the most mr2s at a meet. I figure that if we were to gather a large amount of mr2s on this board we can take home OUR trophy of having the largest mr2 meet of all time. I know this may seem a bit skeptical, but lets try to think positive. So who's down?

I just happened to be in the Netherlands at the time. I have a whole bunch if pics I can upload if you guys want. It was 162 (?) some MR2s driving in a uninterrupted parade with police & motorcycle escorts for a certain amount of mileage I don't remember, all crossing into a parking lot & then eating lunch. We had people lining up on the side of the road to wach us. It was the most organized, well planned meets I have ever been to. They got a Toyota dealership to clear out its back lot for us to meet in & the club preisdent's wife picked us up from the train station & took us to the meet. I got to ride in a very, very clean MK1. I highly doubt we could do it here unless we do it on some back road where no other cars will cut in, but I would be more then down to try. I could go on & on about it so I'll just stop now. But I got to touch a real panda & a 98 purple one! hehe

^^ no, pic is not from the meet. We met in a toyota dealership, then were police escorted on the freeway to a parking garage top, then left from the building top down police blocked off roads & ened at a "californa" themed resturant. Where everyone kept asking me if this is really like California.

That is from the 2000 UK meet. The largest Toyota MR2 Meet ever. The UK MR2 people are huge car nuts! When they hold a meet, everyone goes. I met alot of these guys at LeMans in 1992. They were awesome!
