Is this turbo a good bet for a streetable upgrade to a 1993 MR2 "new garrett TO4B, polished compressor, .60, .96 A/R t4 flange" I saw this listed as new I am rebuilding my 3sgte with new forged pistons and want a moderate engine that will run pump gas daily with the ability to run higher boost on an occasional track day

TO4B's are an older technology wheel from Garrett. TO4E's are the more efficient, better design. The B's aren't bad, there is just a lot better out there. A .96 turbine a/r is HUMONGOUS. That does NOT sound streetable unless you've moved your redline to 8K+. Don't know exactly what turbo you're talking about but it sounds like it won't provide good power until roughly 5,000 rpm's.
