The Tenth Annual Canadian MR2 Experience will be held this year on July 27, 28 and 29, 2012

The weekend events include:
  • A full day of lapping at Shannonville's Motorsport Park - Friday July 27
  • Pro Solo at the Picton Airfield - Saturday July 28
  • Show 'n Shine and Parts Swap at the Picton Airfield - Saturday July 28
  • Solo II at the Picton Airfield - Sunday July 29
  • Evening BBQ's Friday and Saturday nights at Shannonville

This thread is specific to the signup for Lapping Day Event on Friday July 27. Details of the Autocross, Show 'n Shine, Cruise, Parts Swap and BBQ events will be posted separately.

This year, the St. Lawrence Automobile Club (St. LAC) is managing the lapping event for us. St. LAC prides itself on running safe, efficient, and quality lapping events, and we are confident that you will be pleased with the venue and instruction available to you. Roll-over protection is required for convertibles (e.g. MR2 Spyder) for track-day (lapping sessions). Pro-solo events do not require roll-over protections.

St. LAC will have instructors on hand to help everyone from rookies to experienced drivers with their skills.

Your entry fee of $175 will get you a full day of lapping (from 9 to 5) on the "big track" (4+ kilometres), a catered lunch, and if you pay by May 10 a t-shirt too!

St. LAC is also hosting an additional lapping day on May 28th so that you'll be at your best for CMR2E. The cost is the same ($175) and provides you a full day of lapping (from 9 to 5) on the big track, a catered lunch and another T-shirt if you pay by May 10.

If you would like to attend both lapping events, you can pay $325 by May 10 (a savings of $25) and get catered lunches on both dates and two T-shirts.

Payment: To register, please send an email to Rob Switzer, at [email protected], along with an Interac e-transfer or Paypal to the same email address. Cheques may be mailed to:
