Changed the t-stat and got 10 mpg. The old one wasn't closing at <86'C. That coolant temp sensor has mucho control over a/f mix. On this ECU it seems like a big player in the logic.
What's a good resistor size to put inline for richening the mix? I've read 1K ohms, but I don't have a Ohms/temp chart to know for sure.
It does look a bit lean +5K rpms.
I really need a wideband. This A/F meter basically says rich, stoich, or lean, but nothing in-between.
Does anyone still do the AFM mod where you go 2-5 teeth to the rich side?
BTW, this is a 85 N/A w/ 78K miles, driven daily.
