Dunno. At least it is not a cat you can steal. Someone could take the secondary off the back on a California emissions car but you can still pass smog w/o it as long as the inspection tech doesn't look too hard.

If the others do not have one, I have a spare CAT & Elbow (Turbo to CAT) in good condition (apart from typical rust). As we know they are heavy as heck...hate to see the shipping cost alone!
