I have two spare st205 harnesses I’d like to convert to my already swapped 91 NA -> gen 3 swapped mr2.

anybody have the wiring schematics?

which wires need to converted on the engine harness?

what wires are typically modified on the body harness?

This will also give me a chance to make sure it was previously wired properly as I bought the car as a non runner.

Thank you!

if I had a spare working harness I’d likely get the spare parts car up and running.

Or I can use the st205 platform (ecu, altenator and ac compressor)?

It can be done DIY. Best place to start is grab the 91 wiring diagram for the MR2 and see if you can find the ST205 engine wiring diagram. Then take all the tape off the harnesses and find what is joint where and match the ST205 parts to the MR2 parts.

You need power, signal and ground to all be joint up correctly to the right circuits. An understanding of wiring, ECUs and sensors really helps. Otherwise it can be scary.
But like I said before, there is no, 'How to swap a 91 SW20 with an ST205 engine' wiring diagram or procedure.
