...in my garage...

That's plasti-dip. This weekend, I did the door jambs on one day, most of the car the next. Had to wait for the new headlights (that WEREN'T painted red on the inside) and put those in before spraying the nose. Did that today.

Still need to decide what I want to do about the stripes. I'm thinking of ghosting them (back) in with some aluminum color. That way, the top won't look so out of place.

AWESOME!! I mean.. eh, just plastidip but thats all you need. Mabob did a pretty wicked scheme on his car with it. Looks great man. I definitely second the ghosting on stripes idea!

I recall some of the original ones had a red (but not bright red) soft top that looked nice.

Oh cool look at that white ford probe in the driveway ;-)

Looks nice Bill. That won't stand out nearly so bad parked at the adult bookstore!

It that from a spray can, or did you use a compressor and gun?

Yesterday's work effort - now I don't look like every other Anthracite Gray plastic-dipped Spyder out there. The stripes are back (slightly modified) and all feels right with the world, again.

(No...they're not solid...they're dusted in.)
