Like the title says... are the piston pins on a silvertop pressed in? I thought that they weren't, but I'm having a little trouble removing one, haven't used much force though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are not. There is a snap ring hold the pin in. Pop that out first w/ some sort of a pic. Then warm a pot of water, dunk the piston in, and get a brass bar and hammer to tap the wrist pin out. You can usually just push it out w/ your thumb if you heat the piston right. But burning your thumb is no fun either.

Yeah, already took the circlips/locks/snap rings/whatever out, but heating sounds like a good idea, yeah. Thanks for the help.
