I have never messed with the SAFC thats in my center console. My car just stoped running one day (code14,coil/ ignighter) and the coil ignighter etc... all have been tested good. If the SAFC was to some how bounce around in the console bax and hit the buttons will it possible be able to make the car stall.. basicly if it is set up incorrectly will it not let the car run?

If you want to bypass it, you are going to have to find where the PO hacked into the wiring. (Usually in the trunk at the ECU.) The only wire that is actually cut and re-routed through the S-AFC is the airflow wire. I wired mine so I could easily unplug the S-AFC and reconnect that wire.

You can download S-AFC instructions from Apexi-usa. And there is a map of ecu pinouts in the FI section of the BGB.
