Hi guys,

As the title states, I've got the 4AGE in pieces currently and I'm getting ready to put her all back together. In doing so, I've realized that one of these valve train components has gone astray.

Does anyone know what this little guy is called? I can't find it individually OR in the kits anywhere, and it isn't called out by name in the manual.

Alternatively, anyone know if this is a good candidate for a 3D print?

That's the valve spring seat, it distributes the force of the valve spring over the soft aluminum of the head. I found a few different options by googling 4age valve spring seat.

That solves it, thank you!

You definitely can’t print any valvetrain components from plastic.

If you had a SLS laser printer that could print parts from a nickel-based super alloy, maybe. :)
