Well my drivers side window didn't want to roll up and so a buddy of mine who works for a window shop got it to go up with some tools but in the process i think he blew a fuse or something. Now my passenger side window and driver side window won't move. is there a fuse for this or a relay and where is it?

There is but that's likely not what your problem is. There is a section of wiring harness that runs between the drivers door and the chassis through a rubber tube. This tube catches an incredible amount of water which then corrodes the hell out of that wiring harness. Chances are pretty good that's where your problem lies.

IIRC the fuses for the PW systems are on the drivers kick panel but I don't remember which ones. You should be able to find it in the BGB.
