After about 6 years of building this car, I finally got most of the bugs worked out and ready for the dyno.

Run conditions were 50% humidity and 96 degrees ambient temp.

The tuner wasn't able to complete the dyno session because the tires were spinning on the dyno due to the car squatting and tires hitting fenders. I need to roll the fenders and raise the rear end a little and take it back. Still has more boost left in it and haven't played with the cams yet.













Final pull on pump gas. Open loop boost control so slower spool. 23psi




Last clean pulls on e85 before tires started spinning on the dyno. Open loop vs. Closed loop boost control. 30psi




Final pull. Boost peaked at 32psi then fluctuated down to 27psi and back up to 30psi. Tuner was still dialing in the boost control. Tire spin as you can see.

Just brutal!!! 500whp on pumpgas must be so damn nice. My goal is for 400whp on pumpgas. I wonder how much more you can squeeze out of the motor with e85. Maybe 700?

I still want to know what the pump gas record is, pretty sure you are right up there if not on top of that one. I know of a few in the mid to high 400whp range but no one comes to mind over 500whp.

Holy _____, this got me excited. My build is similar to yours with a few key variables. This gives me a template to strive for.

Is the a2w core you have from frozenboost?
Was your reservoir filled with ice?
Is your rev limit at 7500, I couldn't really tell by the chart?
Why 2 wastegates? Were you having boost creep problems?

I know Vip09 so I can answer some of these:

1. Not sure about frozen boost
2. No. He was doing pulls all day on a normal street setup with his intercooler.
3. 8000 rpm
4. Yes!!! Bad creep problems with just a single gate! If I remember right he was on pace to reach 30psi on base spring on like 16psi.

If you have the runfiles select gear/rpm, and turn off force scaling. If that line is not relatively flat you have wheelspin. It will ramp up a little due to tires expanding. Go buy some VHT, it is invaluable on the dyno when you have wheelspin. It will make tuning possible. 2 straps at lower control arms crossed and pulling back, and 2 more, also crossed, 1 at each rear tow hook, to pull the body down until tires almost touch fender. Also set the rear tires back behind the top of the roller, so as it tries to "climb" it will increase tension on the straps. Your pic shows it right on top. I have dyno'd on a 24" roller like that before, and with 4 straps it won't spin at almost 700ft/lbs TQ.
