Hi,
I got my MR2 couple of weeks ago.
And i still got stock 14 inch rims.
I just want to give my baby good shoes. lol.
When i search ebay, my friend came in, and told me, he got 8000 miles tires.
he told me he will give it to me.
225/40/18, 91w.
That's what tire said.
18 inch.
It was RX-8 tires.
Is there any cheap rims that fit to my MR2 and that tire?

I am new to tire thing. i was gonna keep my stock rims, but the car lowered about 1 inch, and i thought get bigger rims would be nice.
So, can someone explain what 225/40/18, 91w mean?
Thank you in advance.

225/40/18 is the tire size, not sure what the 91w is.
so basically it is tire made for 18" wheels,
225 is the width, and 40 is the sidewall height, well generally speaking anyway

91 is the load rating, W is the speed rating.

Those are probably to tall for an MR2, but they might fit in the rear. Generally people use 40 series tires with 17" wheels and 35 series with 18's. Also, if your looking for cheap rims because you got free tires 18's are not for you. The price difference between 17 and 18 inch tires is usually 50 to 75 bucks per tire, its a huge jump.
