It seems my parking break caliber is locked up. When I disengage it the right side stays on. I can pull the cable out at the caliber an it loosens up but not all the way. I took the whole caliber off an the break pads out an tried to spin the caliber in an It did spin in. It seems now I can't get the break pads in an over the rotor..im not sure if it's that the caliber is seized or im doing something wrong..
Can anyone help?

In winter/freezing temps, the parking brake cable can seize. Had it happen a few times years ago with a previous SW that I didnt garage, ended up no longer using the parking brake overnight at my home, which had a flat driveway.

Yea thats what I used to do. I guess when I get it unstuck I'll go back to that. I'm not sure it's is just the winter that making it stuck. I'd like to try to figure out how to fix it
