I was at the drag strip yesterday and had my boost set to 15psi using a MBC.
I realised that the boost wasn't hitting 15psi, but only 0.8bar (12psi)
on my 3rd run, i hit fuel cut and pulled out only to find that the vac line to the MBC came off. I fixed this up, but still hit fuel cut on the next run.
could a faulty FCD cause this to happen?? Or could it have been knock??
on my final few runs, i disconnected the line to the turbo pressure sensor and watch the boost gauge read 15psi. there were no problems with fuel cut since.
everything is back to normal now and i run 15psi of boost. was wondering why on earth did is happen at the drags...
