Hey however i have long admired mr2s and will be purchasing one within the next few days.

well anyways i found two possible models at a really good price.

I found a white one with auto transmission 130,000 asking at 1500 i can probably talk him down to 1300.

And a possible one, all the info is that it is a few miles by me and it has 80 thousand miles on the clock. Hes asking for 2500... but will talk him down to 2100 tops.

anyways...can you give me some advice to what to look for or what to do? Regarding the price... can you tell me if its a deal or not?

Im assuming both are non-turbo and that seems like a decent price for both of them. $2500 with only 80k on the odo. is a great deal and I would jump on that one if I were you. The 50k mile difference is worth the ~$1000. Plus its probably a 5-speed and a 5-speed on mr2's are easier to sell. If the body and drivetrain are in good shape, jump all over the $2500 one.
