Lots of PB blaster..

In the KO racing right up the suggest just loosening the Oil cooler I found that with the stock elbow and CAT it really helps to just remove it. You are going to need to burb the coolant either way.

It can be done without removing the exhaust manifold but it isn't fun lots and lots of support brackets to remove as well.

Just take your time and it it still isn't moving after you think all the bolts are out look for another support bracket somewhere.

The KOR write up is great. Make sure you have the tools you need in advance, especially the extensions. I also found I had to raise the car a couple inches higher than they recommended to be comfortable underneath. I couldn't get enough leverage on my cheater bar, otherwise.
