HELP! Cut ECU harness

I need some serious help with my ECU harness. Here is the run down. I have a '91 N/A, blew the engine and now I'm doing a '93 JDM 3SGTE swap. (Shout out to Dennis!) Every thing is cake it all done and ready to go in, except the wiring harness on the ECU. For some reason the harness out of the ECU was cut off instead of being unplugged. I didnt think it was going to be a problem at first but upon a better examination of the wires i noticed that on the first connector on the left side of the ECU their are three brown wires and two white wires. And on the middle connection their are three black and three red. On the last connector, well I dont kno what that go into. I was just going to try my luck and solder them together but thinking about it I dont want to burn out my ECU and do it correctly.

I know this has been done before, but I have been searching the message board for about 6 hours and cant really anything that would help me. If any one can help me out with the wire diagrams for the 3sget ECU with color codes and the 5sfe diagrams OR send me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
