My gauge is zeroed out and i was wondering if i could fix it myself or would i need to take it in?

If the spedo stopped working it is most likley a broken spedo cable and it will need to be replaced.

If you bumped it when installing some aftermarket overlays...then you can easily fix it.

There is a cable that runs from the back of the gauge cluster and pops into the spedo drive gear on the transmission.

It is a time consuming process...but nothing you couldn't do as a weekend project.

There are not special tools required or anything.

I don't know how much it would cost to have someone else do it however.
