engine: 2.2L 3sgte block base stroker, wiseco pistons, eagle rods, ACL bearings, HKS 264 cams, ATS cam gears and head gasket, ARP head, rods, main, and flywheel bolts, stock head, catch-can, clutchmaster stage 4, fydanza flywheel.

Fuel: Dead headed system with RacerX fuel rail, ID 1000cc injectors, custom push-lock fittings and hoses, aeromotive FPR, fittings, and fuel pressure sensor.

turbo kit Garrett GT3071R twin scroll, Full Race twin scroll manifold, Tial 44mm twin wastegate, custom 3" DP, custom lines, turbo intake.

RE-plenum side feed manifold, 90mm TB, working TVIS.
Snow performance pump, nozzle and tank, AEM progressive controller, and fail-safe gauge with all the goodies.

Custom W/A IC with AN fittings, HKS SS BOV, pipes, engine lid fans etc.

engine control: wire tuck, custom engine harness with Haltech sport 1000, haltech BCS, Haltech reluctor adapter for traction control, AEM trim knob for boost trim, AEM fuel, and oil pressure sensors.

custom 60-2 crank trigger wheel with cherry red hall sensor, custom home signal with GT101 hall sensor, dist custom plug, audi 4 channel igniter, CBR coil sticks.
Dyno on 93 pump gas with meth injection.

Gen 3 head? or gen 2?
Gotta love that torque curve. 300lb./ft.++ from 3.5k to redline:thumbup
How much boost was this?

Nice numbers. Any pics or more of a build thread? Curious mostly about haltech BCS, Haltech reluctor adapter for traction control, AEM trim knob for boost trim as I have a Haltech ecu.

I'll post some pics later. The Haltech BCS (boost control solenoid) is just that, the reluctor adapter is need it to convert the VR OEM wheel speed sensors into a hall signal that the ECU can recognize. We use it because we are using boost by gear for traction control. the reason why we use two sensors (right front/rear left) is because when Dynoying the car you need to be able to use the rear sensor to set it up, but once is all done we switch to using the front sensor and this is why. If you have boost by gear using the rear sensor, then the more you spin the tires the more boost you will get (less traction) the front sensor is need it to have proper boost by gear and control the amount of power the car puts down per gear. the AEM trim knob is use to trim the mount of boost just as the Haltech trim.

By the way this is not my car, I build it for a buddy of mine. The car still has a lot left in it since the timing is very conservative. 500whp is not out of the question if we tune to 30 PSI

Car sounds great! Thanks for the info. I have the same ecu, so now I need to do some more research into this. Traction control would be a HUGE plus. The build looks fantastic too, nice setup.

Wow, sweet dyno! Is that nice low-end torque mainly from the extra .2 liters or just a perfect combination of components and tune?

Also, are you injecting pure meth and what size nozzle are you using?

Nice power, but it seems that you could have little bit more torque in midrange. What boost pressure btw?
If you have dynopack .abf file for this run, may be you could upload it fo comparision. I'd like to see how tvis and twinscroll affect spool. It was measured on 4th gear?

Nah its a combination of things. .2 extra liter, GEN II head with TVIS, twin scroll manifold and turbine housing with twin wastegates etc. the tune is far from perfect but is not bad at all. We are using a 1000cc nozzle but we are not injecting that much, probably around 500cc progressively. We are Injecting 100% meth.

As mentioned before we may be able to extract 500hp with more tuning, but we are happy with the results. 200Lb torque by 3000rpm and all of it by 5250RPM looks good in my book. The car was tuned to 21PSI. The GEN II head with TVIS works like a charm with the twin scroll manifold and twin scroll turbine housing. :)

Head: OEM valves or just stock sized valves?
T-VIS: Is the ecu controlling this? How do you determine what RPM you should have this opening at? I know the power primer says so a run and when hp and torque lines intersect, that's your opening point. Is this what you did?
