Heres my 98 OEM wing. The design is certainly functional. Also the OEM (not replica) middle wing is quite flexible. It flex under pressure. It has 3 way rake adjustment on the side.
It resembles that of latest gen JDM RX7 RZ V-specs, skylines and others

How functional do you guys think the taller aftermarket versions of the OEM wings are? Anyone know the names of the OEM style ones?

I'm was considering one of the tall OEM ones, but for $65 I thought I might try something like this.

I have the same concern.

I have a spare OEM black trunk lid in my garage.
Maybe we can try to research the best wing of this type,
slap it on my spare lid and we can both experiment with it :dontknow:

I know. Rookie. Its an ascending blind corner. I was going too fast. My four wheels got off the pavement. I let go instead of fighting it. But not a snap oversteer or anything like that. Its fun :thumbup

Hahaha nice..ive thought of using a trd wing for tracks with highspeed sweepers, Im just not sure how functional it is. There was a race mr2 being parted out a while back that had a wing similar to what is on those jgtc cars, its doesnt look too bad as it looks more race than rice. Ive also seen lots of jdm race mr2s with 98 spoilers that have had the centers removed and replaced with a taller spoiler in the middle similar to what DavidV has. So unsure though...
