I think he's talking about the cold start injector fuel supply line.. banjo bolt from the center of the fuel rail, runs back under the TB sounds like it.
If you broke that, you've really only got a couple of options.. keep the cold start injector and replace the line (either by fabrication of your own, or ordering one) or remove the cold start injector and capping that port on the fuel rail.
Making a like of your own could be spendy (if you make it out of the correct materials) so I would look at ordering a stock one.
