I tried to get an alignment and they told me my driver side caster was off and they couldn't fix it. After a little research I found that the front caster is not adjustable in 93+. Is this correct? what can I do to fix it? Just assume its bent and replace it with a new arm? or could it be something else?

Either the arm is bent, the lower control arm is bent, or the mount shifted (usually the result of a collision). You can replace the bracket and arm from a 91-92 model to get adjustable caster or install a pair of aftermarket tension rods (JIC and Tein both make them).

thanks for your help, that sounds like the best way to go with the aftermarket parts. I know on my old 240 they used to say good tension rods where the next most important suspension mod after springs/struts/coilovers.
