Some years back, Redline was recommending their 75W90NS for the E153 (prior to changing the recommendation to MT-90). I changed my stock fluid out to their 75W90NS and there was a huge improvement in shifting. I’ve been running it for quite a few years and have noticed no degradation in my shifting. That being said, I’m due for a tranny fluid change, and this time I will either use MT-90 or LWSP (I figured I’d try something different).Appreciate the list and as always everyone has their expertise and experience and taking it all in. Just 1 comment on the tranny oil. Seems most folks recommend the redline MT90 (GL-4) and not the 75w90 NS (GL-5). Attached a link below.

For what’s it worth, according to their website, 75W90NS is a “Non corrosive formula, safe for use with all synchro materials” (75W90NS GL-5 Gear Oil)
