most likely to be the one they were trying to copy exactly: http://www.wheelspecs.com/specs/wheelmodels/1775
looks to still be available, but only in 18 & 19" sizing.
18x7.5 +35 front and 18x9 +41 rear is likely the most trouble free setup offered ....... what exactly are you looking for in terms of look and performance?
here's a better pic, updating wheelspecs now.
I dont know...I really wanted those drift rims...ALOT...but if Im going to go another direction I'd like some gunmetal te-37's maybe or something mesh with a huge lip...but I'm still undecided....PLEASE HELP!!! my car is almost ready for the road but I got no wheels man....
Jerram is selling his gt-c's, might need a small spacer up front, but it also might be worth the savings on the wheels/tires?
You don't have some 93 wheels you can roll on while you wait to find the perfect set at a decent price?
stupid kei office site has been down for what seems like forever ........
best deal for cool old school drift to fit an mr2 is the sa3's at takumi, imo.
only prob is that no one set is right for the deuce.
there's a set of 4 white centered 16x7 +31 for $780.
there's a set of 4 white centered for $980 (2 are 17x8 +31 and 2 are 17x9 +38).
$1750 for 2 sets of wheels for the deuce when you combine them.
if you don't want the second set it shouldn't be too tough to sell em' for what you paid.
If you're really feeling spendy or want to shave a few bucks by not buying the 17" set, get the red 17x9 +38 pair for the back or for drag radials with the spendy option.
16x7 +31 front with 17x8 +31 rear
with 205/45 16 and 235/40 17
16x7 +31 front with 17x9 +38 rear
with 225/45 16 front and 255/40 rear
either set of fronts with 17x9 +38
with drag radials out back
total cost with tires for the ultimate 3 spoke old school dorifto madness ~$3360.
I'd have to add the cost for powdercoating 10 wheels since I don't like white or red wheels .............. ~$500.
trade a pair of these with him if you really want the 16/17 stagger.
this set is 16x7 +38 and 16x8 +38 ..... both will work for the front.
ggarageusa.com ......... coming soon section (should be there now or within the next couple days)
retail price was around 200 a piece before they were discontinued, iirc.
those will fit, but the back will be 8mm more tucked than the front (flush up front) which I personally don't like the look of, but it will make stuffing big tires in back easier (should take 255/40 17 without rolls).
weight isn't great, iirc, something like 22 lbs.
I think there's a black car on carpron with the same setup (silver vs gunmetal centers I think) ...
