hey guys....i was looking at my fuse box up front by the spare tire area.....

the 7.5 fuse was blown....i looked at the black box and it said..."ECU b".

what is that??

I believe the ECU-B 7.5a fuse you are referring to, is for the Airbag.

^^ Correct. A lot of people actually pull this fuse to disable their airbag or to turn off the airbag light on the dash.
