Hey fellas, I just nabbed a new 91NA (Check it out )in incredible condition minus the problem like this: drivers side control panel has no power over either window or passenger power mirror. power locks work fine, but thats it. The passenger window works fine, but only from the switch on it's door. The lady i bought it from said her ppl said it could be a relay and would be a couple hundred to get done? (our mechanic quoted 250ish :bsflag: ) Is that even a correct diagnosis? Id love to save some money if this is a "simple" repair. Feedback would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance

With that many things not working, my best guess would be one or more broken wires in the driver's side door harness. It's a fairly common problem on early MKIIs. Here's a quick guide to repairing it:

Check the fuses and switch contacts first, though. Hope this helps,
