No wait its NFS UnderGround 2. No honestly looks like a render.
appears to be a picture taken of an assembled model kit. most likely a thing of fiction or available only in 1:24 scale. =P
ps. it looks like the stock wing with some bases put on to give it height. not something I would think is hard to fab up. or did you mean the diffuser? even then... its not a lot of weird shapes, should be fairly straight forward to build IMO
