DO I have a Engine Bay Temp Senser

DO I have a Engine Bay Temp Senser In My 91 N/A 5S-FE With Automatic Transmission? If Not How Hard Is It To Install Those Fan Lid Thing With Out The Engine Temp?

No - they only came on turbos in the US. You'll need a turbo engine lid to use any of the commonly available fan kits. If you have one of those, you can wire it to run constantly, wire it to a switch or use something like the SPAL thermostat/relay harness.
My 91 3Sge has one on engine lid, it's connected to passanger side fan. Was that an extra option or what? Car was sold in Switzerland.
He has a 5sfe, the only N/A MR2 available in the US. It does NOT have an engine compartment cooling fan, hence, not fan control sensor.

The fan in the passenger side vent is standard equipment on US MR2s with the 3sgte.

What Bill said. Our NA didn't get the fan, which is why I specified 'in the US'. :)
