Alright everyone I really need some extra brain juice because I’m running out. I have a no spark condition that I am having a really hard time chasing down. I’ve replace the ignition coil as well as the igniter. My distributor is fine as far as I (and the BGB) can tell. I’m not getting spark at the plugs or even the high tension cable off the coil. I have an ECUMaster EMU Black that I got from ATS so it came with the plug-n-play adapter. I have checked the two wire plug going to the coil and it’s not pulsing ground like I’ve read it should be. It does however have 12v to both wires so that’s kind of where I’m restarting my search for the issue. If anyone can help me, that’d be swell.

My previous post contains some starter info on this issue if you wanna check it out.

Well it's a long shot but I was having the same issue after doing some maintenance I bought a used ignitor, a new coil, plugs the whole 9 it ended up being that I didn't install the distributor all the way into the cam or it wasn't installed at top dead center so it wouldn't start. I ended up paying some over priced mechanic $550

hmmmm how do the wires going to the distributor from the harness look? These tend to crack and fray near the connector due to being soaked in oil.
The wires look fine as far as I can tell. I’m gonna do some continuity testing when I get a chance to mess with it again. I’m hoping maybe the B-R wire on the 2-pin of the coil is connected somewhere it shouldn’t be

Was the vehicle running fine before upgrading the ECU? Have you traced the ignition signal back to the ECU yet? Are you certain that the settings in the ECU are correct?

The vehicle want running before. I got it in pretty rough shape. What signal would I be looking for? I’m not too sure which wires to test and what to look for. ECU came with a basemap from ATS

I’m not familiar with ecu master. I only have experience with Aem pro and tuner software.
Is there a start sync you can view as a parameter?
Can you log coil outputs?
